EQUIPPED FOR ULTIMATE SAFETY
The Syncro-Clik® lid is fitted with a locking mechanism that does not allow the lid to be removed until the internal pressure decreases to a safe level. A visual pressure indicator found on the thermocontrol clearly shows when the cooker is pressurised. It also indicates the drop in pressure when the cooker is removed from the heat source and cools down to normal. An additional safety feature is a gasket release aperture, which releases the steam in case of excess pressure buildup or in case of clogging of the main pressure valves.
